This journey begins with a 12-mile, rapid-free raft trip down the Colorado River to
Willow Beach, Arizona. This soft adventure gently flows from the very base of the Hoover
Dam, affording a view and perspective of the dam available nowhere else. Along the way,
expert guides point out the soaring birds of prey, the gravity defying bighorn sheep, the
unexpected waterfalls and bubbling hot springs.
At Willow Beach you will board luxury Ford Expedition vehicles for a comfortable drive
over an incredibly scenic 4 x 4 trail to a location called Rainbow Canyon, a spectacular and
colorful experience. This canyon is a watering route for Bighorn Sheep and Wild Burros
where they follow the wash to a beautiful hidden beach on Lake Mead.
Before returning to Las Vegas we stop at the majestic Hoover Dam where you will have the
opportunity to tour the visitors center as well as photograph this amazing structure and it's
two wonderful monuments.
